Fate Gresham, former Carey resident, was found dead in a Floydada area pasture Saturday afternoon. Funeral services set for 10 a.m. Monday at First Methodist Church in Floydada, Rev DeWitt Seago officiating. He was about 40, once on the All-State Carey basketball team in 1937.

Slain Texan Wife to be Shipped Home for Burial
