Subpoenaed witnesses say payoffs were framed as listening fees or consultant payments, while officials prepare to question more record company executives.

Five Bodies of Missing Bomber Are Found
Five American World War II fliers from the Liberator bomber Lady Be Good were found dead in the Libyan desert 17 years after disappearing during a Naples bombing mission.
