Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Conway 89 died Thursday in a local convalescent home. Funeral service 4 p.m. Saturday at Newberry Chapel with burial in Childress Cemetery. Survivors include four daughters and four sons with numerous grandchildren and great descendants.

Reorganization of Cub Pack 63 Begun
Initial plans toward re organization of Cub Pack 63 sponsored by the First Methodist Church were begun at a meeting in the church last night by adult leaders. Den Mothers were registered but more are needed. Committees are incomplete and a new Cub Master is not yet secured. Future plans include monthly round table discussions and a six hour training school in three sessions for Den Mothers.
