Roger Haynes, 67, retired, died at 4 20 a m today in Childress General Hospital. He lived in Shamrock and resided in a local nursing home. Funeral arrangements are with Richardson Funeral Home in Shamrock. Survivors include two sisters Ruby Brundige of Memphis and Vera Davenport of Denver a brother Fd Hayes of Memphis and he was uncle of Mrs Jerry Reed and Mike Sumrall both of Childress.

Funeral services for Claude Sisco of Redmond Oregon formerly of Childress are pending at the United Pentecostal Church in Modesto California. Burial will be in Lakewood Cemetery Modesto. He died Monday evening in a Redmond hospital after a short illness. He married Clara Foley May 30 1919 she died in March 1968. He was a retired farmer who moved from Childress to Oregon in 1960. Survivors include five sons and five daughters all residents of Modesto Redmond Paris and other towns along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
