Funeral services for Mrs. Alice E. Mizzles 82 died Sunday night at a local rest home were held at 2 30 this afternoon at the Cee Vee Methodist Church with Rev Claude Nixon officiating. Burial was in Cee Vee Cemetery. She was born December 9 1872 in New Hope Arkansas and married James E. Mizzles in 1894. Survivors include her son C V Mizzles and nine grandchildren and four brothers and a sister.

He and his wife had been in Kansas about ten days and had spent recent years in Emporia while keeping their permanent Home in Childress.
