Philadelphia, Nov 24. James Georgeades a South Bethlehem fruit and vegetable dealer was found guilty again of obtaining goods under false pretenses and will be sentenced December 1. He had previously failed in May 1921 after owing about 27000 and claiming checks were mailed. BH. T. Ware of the Philadelphia Produce Credit and Collection Bureau prosecuted.
