Dinuba Calif Nov 21 Creditors of the T M Amendola Company met at the firm offices. Amendola and Fresno attorney Stewart attended. It was shown the firm paid about 312000 for fruit and total outstanding obligations were between 8000 and 9000 dollars. Amendola proposed two notes 60 days and 120 days secured by a blanket mortgage on 80 acres of lettuce in Kern county. The proposal was accepted with Pearl of Reedley named trustee to oversee creditors interests.
