Washington July 28 The United States Bureau of Crop Estimates predicts the 1916 fruit crop will be below 1905 levels in nearly every class. Peaches show the sharpest decline, with output expected to drop 11,000,000 bushels to about 42,123,000. Apples lead declines from 76,870,000 barrels in 1915 to 72,531,000 in 1916, pears fall slightly to 10,703,000 bushels, and grapes loom disappointing with about 8,000,000 bushels less than last year.
