Sigmund A Wire Trader Heads Cheese Market
Sigmund Bros of Chicago, large operators in cheese butter and eggs, hold a major block of various cheese types and remain optimistic on the cheese outlook. John Sigmund’s track record marks him as a top market judge, advising shippers to stay in touch for stock to be released at the right time. Wisconsin cabbage prospects promise sizable shipments starting mid September, with Somers Produce Co and Peter M. Anderson Co. predicting about 50 carloads this season.
