The first hearing in the Benjamin Balish Company Inc bankruptcy under section 77-B took place Tuesday morning in the Federal Court before Judge John W. Clancy. Impressive simple rites were held Thursday at Busse Borgmann Park Way funeral home for Edward B Cottingham age 62 with Masonic honors and interment at Highland cemetery Ft Mitchell Ky. He served The Packer since age 22 and was known for energy and service to the produce trade. Surviving are his widow son Edward Jr 26 daughter Alice 21 a sister Mrs Smith and two brothers. Death followed two heart attacks during daily Idaho shipping calls. The body returned to Cincinnati for family services.
