Evansville April 21. About $60,000 will be realized from the assets of the R. H. Pennington Produce Company now in bankruptcy with $90,000 liabilities. J. R. Laswell, trustee in bankruptcy, reports a dividend of 13 3 per cent payable at once to creditors. The trustee has about $54,000 of estate assets and $3,500 in real estate. Stock and equipment from Pennington stores in Evansville, Owensboro, Paducah and Chicago have brought in revenue. creditors will receive about 65 cents on the dollar when all assets are realized.

Chicago April 21 The Chicago Green Fruit Auction Company sold a box of California cherries for a record $100. The full size box contained 12-row pack in one half and big-row in the other. Apple exports for the week ending last Saturday totaled 11,915 barrels, down from 23,110 barrels the prior year. Season exports reach 1,405,058 barrels, compared with 2,621,641 barrels a year ago.
