It sets a 15 percent minimum markup over delivered cost and requires full invoicing, costing records, and no sales after 1 pm Saturday or on Sundays. Truckers are included, and violators may face court action. The code protects farmers from price cutting and aims to stabilize Utah farm income and market conditions.
