First Cars of North Florida Potatoes Move
Hastings Florida April 1 Florida's spring Irish potato deal from Hastings Bunnell Federal Point section is set to begin with light movement this week. A few cars will go out and the week of April 11 may see broader shipments. The North Florida potato deal, a major state shipping item, is late this season compared with normal late February to early March starts. The usual order begins in Bunnell then Hastings and LaCrosse.
