Harriman Will Likely Creates Trust For Heirs And Rail Plans

New York report says K H Harriman's will will be filed this week in Goshen Orange County. It is drawn by Charles A Peabody and kept by Robert Lovett who hints a trusteeship may keep railroad holdings intact while income goes to heirs. The will reportedly also leaves Arden estate and Fifth Avenue house to Mrs Harriman and may advance suburban rail improvements and parkland donations in New Jersey and New York.
