President Wilson addresses a large crowd at his summer home in Long Branch urging support for democracy. He criticizes opposition leaders, defends the eight hour day, and discusses wartime policy. The Woodrow Wilson day event at Atlas theatre drew a vast audience and overflow.
The Colorado Aggies defeated the Tigers 14 to 12 at Fort Collins in a game decided by strong kicking. Davis scored both Tigers touchdowns, while Flagel and Kohnan starred for the Aggies with Beott and Rothrock also contributing. Offensive plays were limited as penalties and stout defense dominated the contest.
The Wilson club of Cheyenne will meet at its headquarters 1812 Capitol Ave. for an evening of short talks by Judge Wilfred O'Leary Commissioner G Hopkins and Gen John Charles Thompson. A large crowd is anticipated and members are urged to bring a friend.
Judge John W Bruner veteran of Cheyenne and Civil War veteran died at his office at 1616 Central Avenue after months of illness. He was past 80, born in Pennsylvania, survived by daughter Anna Martiner and four sons. Funeral Monday at 2 pm from First Methodist Episcopal Church with G A R pallbearers. interment Lakeview Cemetery.

The city of Cheyenne reports record registration figures across wards. First ward Dinneen’s gnorage shows 606, second ward Industrial club 1412, and third ward court house annex 1653, summing to 3971 with rising population and campaign interest.
Judge R. S. Mentzer arrived in Choyenine yesterday morning after conducting court at Laramie and Rawlins for a week. Court is expected to resume Monday morning with several major cases on the calendar.
The Rev George Davidson formerly rector of St Mark's church in this city will preach at St Mark's church this evening. He was a clerical deputy to the general convention of the Episcopal church held in St Logia and is en route to Loa Aprolos where he serves as rector of St John's church. Davidson preaches at St John's Cathedral in Denver in the morning. Huston and Davidson were college roommates.
