Suit Over Damages In District Court
Mrs par Sues Broderick sues Marguerite Broderick and the National Surety Co for 654.50 damages in a district court action filed yesterday. The suit stems from Broderick’s September 7 bid for a temporary injunction barring the plaintiff from using a house and rent income, with bond of 1000 provided by the National Surety Co. The plaintiff agreed to cover any damages if the injunction was unwarranted.

Thermopolis Child Injured by Motor Car
Mary Francis a fifth grade pupil in Thermopolis Wyoming was run over by a car driven by Ed Reid returning from school. She suffered two broken ribs an injured lung and facial and body bruises though the car was not moving fast.
