Lawrence Pensinger aged three months died Sunday at his parents home 18 West Fifteenth Street. The funeral was held yesterday at the Early chapel with Nev W M Nelson of the First Methodist Church officiating.

Dr Laura Mueller and Roosevelt reportedly exchanged greetings by wire.
Eli Girard admitted with county attorney Donald Muir that he and his brother Peter Girard and Frank J. Marrion helped murder Charles Johnston, a wealthy recluse, in 1909 to gain money. Girard, a former offender, had previously robbed Johnston of 1600 dollars. Officers are detaining Marrion as part of the case. Authorities found broken jugs and bottles in Johnston's house, but no money was taken.

Merchants rush to use remaining days before the change. consumers fear further price hikes amid a total 66 percent increase since July. Sam Hallowell was found guilty of burglary in district court after being shot by Special Officer Kelleher of the Union Pacific during Frontier Days. Kelleher fired as the thief fled Shirley rooming house. the wound was minor and Hallowell left hospital in days.
In Malden Massachusetts Samuel Peters of Providence was killed after grabbing a live wire aboard the steamship George Trawley crewman. John L Hurley a former Bowdoin captain is likely to lose his right arm after attempting to pull the wire with a rubber shoe as an improvised conductor. The accident occurred while Peters visited friends and warned by Stanley before contact.
In Epinal on Oct 20, two French army aviators Garnier and Tenrat of the Helfal military aeroplane depot died when their monoplane crashed after engine failure. They fell from a height of 800 feet. Corporal Noutroche, near the depot, suffered a similar fate as his engine failed and his biplane plunged into the Moselle River, with entry of drowning.
An explosion of gasoline aboard the yacht Hillies in Great Bay wrecked the vessel. Captain Hounslea and a seaman leapt overboard and were picked up by federal life savers after signaling distress. The crew, bound from Beach Haven to Atlantic City, could not control the fire.

Miss Marie Collier, who vanished Friday after a note claimed ostracism for formerly nursing lepers, returned with statements she planned suicide due to leprosy fears. She said an acquaintance urged delay and that she may seek work again at leper colonies.
