pooDIE GODDARD 41 of Chase County Neb was wounded by a gunshot to the upper right arm while walking with an acquaintance in front of the Cheyenne Steam. He identified the assailant as a total stranger, possibly Mexican or Greek, and could not name a motive or amount of money involved. Police transported him to headquarters for treatment. doctor noted the wound was flesh above the elbow and not to bone or nerves.
