Woman Shot Three Times by Cousin in Cheyenne
Mrs Annie Dyer colored was shot three times by her cousin Reuben Segis in a Cheyenne home last evening. Neighbors and several soldiers from the Ninth Cavalry were present as Segis opened fire without warning, striking Dyer in the nose cheek and near the eye. Prosecutor C L Rigdon arrived soon after and heard statements from those in the house denying a reason for the attack. Continued on Page 8.
