Fort Morgan authorities report a Sunday night theft at the post office in which $1800 was taken from the safe. The money later reappeared in the safe after an Inspector's visit, with no sign of forced entry or violence.
London dispatches report Austro-Hungary calls six army corps reserves for colors and Bulgarians push on at Tchatalja. President elect Wilson warned an American photographer to stop snapping him in Hamilton Bermuda on November 22. He called the photographer un gentleman and threatened a thrashing but the photographer persisted and obtained the shot. Wilson remained unscathed.
The Industrial club in Cheyenne hosted General Edwards and Fort D. A. Russell officers in a large, festive gathering. Speakers included Judge Potter Governor Carey and Mayor Bresnahon, with the Fort orchestra and Cheyenne quartet entertaining, followed by a social repast.
Governor Carey approved four road projects using funds from the agricultural appropriation account. Projects include the Buffalo Havelton road in the Black Hills to Yellowstone corridor with 3600 dollars, the Centennial Saratoga route across Medicine Bow range with 1800 dollars, and the Two-Huffalo park road into the Fossneville forest linking Lunder to Jackson and Yellowstone.
John Schrank Navy veteran and alleged chronic paranoid who shot President Roosevelt October 14 is committed by Municipal Judge to the Northern hospital for treatment until cured. He claimed they were tailed by detectives and that McNamara planned to rent a room near Byrne to blow him up. Joseph Behwarts was detained on obstruction charges as Crowley testified.

ROISE Nov 22. James Whittaker, an 11 year old boy, was sentenced to ten to fifty years in the penitentiary for killing his mother who demanded help with family washing. Authorities are puzzled as many prominent citizens protest that a mere child belongs outside a prison until the board decides next month.
Wyoming Highways Association leader B L Emery urges immediate action to secure the transcontinental highway through Wyoming. He calls a meeting at the Plain hotel Sunday to appoint a delegate, arguing Denver and Salt Lake plan to route traffic through Colorado leaving Cheyenne out. He warns A A A and American Roads Congress may back routes that bypass Wyoming, risking regional traffic and revenue and urging strong Wyoming representation at Chicago and Cincinnati conventions.
