Fearless sheriff Frank Roach remembered in Cheyenne

Frank B. Roach, 42, sheriff of the county since the death of Sheriff Lewellyn Hughes in 1911, was renowned as fearless and efficient. Born March 12, 1874 in Milford Delaware, he moved to Wyoming in 1894, rising from cowpuncher to Swan Land and Cattle foreman before entering county law enforcement. Continued on Page 43.
