Senator Henderson of Nevada piloted the first airplane flight over Washington after reaching 5,000 feet. Major Ocher turned over control to Henderson for about one hour over the city. Senators Myers and Kendrick joined a second plane for a roughly thirty minute flight.
Casper Wyoming March 25 One man at death's door and three others critically burned after an explosion at the Midwest refinery. Four boilermakers were repairing a still when gas ignited inside battery No 1 injuring all. De Planty most seriously hurt and unlikely to recover.
Articles of Incorporation for Salt Creek Producers Association Inc filed with the secretary of state reveal capital stock of 20 million dollars. Attorney John Do Clark delivered a 4005 dollar payment to cover incorporation fees, as the organization activity is reported from last week.

The State Department was advised that the body of Oscar Wallace, an American manager kidnapped by Mexican bandits near Coahuila, was found and believed murdered. The embassy had urged Mexico to take steps to rescue him after an exchange of gunfire during the capture.
T W Tom lingon of the American National Livestock Association warned that 1920 will not see expanded stock operations. He spoke at the fifth national convention of the New Mexico Cattle and Morris Growers association in Albuquerque. He projected foreign demand would hold, but exports in 1920 would fall to about one fifth of 1918 levels, similar to 1914 volumes.
Paris March 25 The American amendment to protect nations against an influx of foreign population was approved by the council. It leaves each nation free to handle internal immigration issues. Another amendment gives the council limited power to formulate armament policy by recommendation only.
In the House of Commons Winston Churchill, secretary for war, warned that the whole of Egypt is in virtual insurrection. He said the danger is so great that demobilized soldiers must return to duty to prevent a massacre of their comrades.
