Bank Bandit Trio Identified in Cheyenne Robbery

Three men Thomas Delgardo Craig Hernandez and Tony Gonzales were identified as the Cheyenne Wyoming Trust and Savings Bank robbers. Police say one captive has confessed naming the others, with Gonzales as driver. The trio were located within two hours, linked to a Gonzales home discussion of the plot and a late night flight from the scene.

Paris March 15 The Associated Press reports no final decision yet but suggests most of the five major powers favor attaching the league of nations draft to the peace treaty. This would allow Germany to accept league principles without immediate membership.
