San Francisco march 3 Iad aard Noland co defendant with Mooney was today cleared of all charges in connection with the 1916 Preparedness day bombing outrages. He is the first of those implicated under trial to be cleared.

Tarbox claimed insanity due to intestinal inactivity and testified that a fear of an Indian man with an axe led him to act. An expert witness did not testify to insanity from inactivity.

Misa Mildred Ben, 22, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Ben, died from Spanish influenza after a relapse following the legislature closing session. Born in Cheyenne, she was a beloved young woman with many friends. Survived by her parents and two brothers, Kendall Bon of Cheyenne and Ceol Hon of Casper. Ceol Hon is with the American expeditionary forces in Germany, stationed at Bell. A cablegram notifying him came last night.

About four inches of wet snow have fallen soaking the ground, pleasing farmers worried by dry conditions. The snowfall is general over Laramie county and extends into parts of Colorado and Nebraska.
William Grupe sick. family to arrive in Cheyenne today from Long Beach California. Mrs Ganff and son Ed wards have been staying there for the winter and will join at 320 East Nineteenth Street where he is confined to home.

Mrs John Benson of Cheyenne received a message that her brother Robert Hints formerly of Cheyenne has died in France from pneumonia. He served with the 91st division and enlisted at Pocatello Idaho. He was 28 years old and left a widow. He moved to Pocatello twelve years ago from Cheyenne. Relatives in Cheyenne include Mrs Henry Powall and Mrs Frank Farrell.
Mr and Mrs Oucar Boek arrived in Cheyenne from their home near Mney before the recent legislative session and have spent much of the time in the city since then before departing for home.
