Charles B Irwin administrator files final report in Albany county Wyoming with the district court. Objections may be filed within thirty days after last publication. absent objections the administrator will seek final settlement on August 4, 1916 at 10 a.m. in the county court.
Cheyenne Wyoming city clerk announces sealed bids for an automobile police patrol due by noon July 3 1916. Bids must meet specifications on file with City Clerk and include trade allowance for old car plus fifty dollar bid bond. Bids to be enclosed in sealed envelopes marked Bids for Patrol and addressed to I J Showalter City Clerk.
Default on a December 4 1912 note for 75000 with 8 percent interest, secured by Carbon Timber Company bonds. Quealy, pledgee, to sell bonds at the front door of Wyoming Trust and Savings Bank on Saturday July 29 1916 at noon to satisfy the debt, plus note on file at bank.
The First National Bank of Rock Springs Wyoming will sell at noon on Saturday July 8 1916 at the front door of Wyoming Trust and Savings Bank the lands pledged by Carbon Timber Company to secure a debt including interest at six percent per annum dated September 1907 numbered 891 to 630. Sale to satisfy indebtedness under a bondholders agreement dated November 20 1915.
The First National Bank of Kemmerer Wyoming announces foreclosure on a $10,000 promissory note dated July 23 1914 with 8 percent interest due three months after date. Security includes twenty Carbon Timber Company bonds, 1907, par $1 009 each, held as collateral. Bondholder’s agreement rights noted with sale set for July 8, 1913.
Notice of foreclosure on a debt of eighty seven thousand dollars secured by one hundred Carbon Timber Company bonds held by Michael Quealy of Elk Mountain Wyoming. The bonds, par value one thousand dollars each, bear six percent interest and were dated September 1907.
In writing the pledge of bonds to Carbon Timber, the debt due remains unpaid. On Saturday July th, 1916 at 12 o clock noon the front door of the Wyoming Trust and Savings Bank will offer for sale bonds to satisfy the indebtedness plus interest and costs. Sale under bondholder's agreement dated November 20 1915. Attys for pledgee T S Taliaferro Jr and Arthur Ponesford June 22 1916.
