Annu al meeting of stockholders of the company will be held at the office of the company in Chevennd, Neywatus, July 1020 at 1 p m for election of directors and to act on other business. Snow, secretary, dated June 20 2020.
The Department of the Interior U S Land Office at Cheyenne Wyoming publishes notices of stock-raising and homestead entries with holders and witnesses. Roy L. C. Hartsook and Mary W. Wright file intent to prove up claims, with dates set for July and August 1920. Names include Nels Pearson Carl Mason Nap Nimetz Peter Dalene and others in Cheyenne and Little Bear areas.
Sealed bids for constructing or improving the Encampment-Sla ter National Forest Road in Carbon County Wyoming are due by 2:00 p m July 9 1920 at 301 Custom House. Bids must be from experienced contractors and project length is about 9.47 miles with multiple work items. Read aloud at opening. the right to reject bids is reserved.
Proposals must be submitted by responsible contractors at addresses including Bureau of Public Roads 301 Custom House Denver Colorado and Forest Supervisor Office Encampment Wyoming. Each proposal must include a guarantee equal to at least five percent of the total proposal amount. District Engineer J. S. Bright signs the notice.

Otlo Alden Ulrich, 65, died in Union Pacific yard when two cars pinned him after a jack slipped. His fellow workers Jopifery Graham and Carl Schmidt face charges of culpable negligence by the coroner's jury. Rescue crews freed the trapped men. Ulrich was unconscious but breathing at the call of doctors Johnston and Shittle and an ambulance was summoned.
An inquest concluded Virich met death in an accident on a park due to negligence by Carl Schmidt and Jepbery Grw. Coroner Karly summoned and jury verdict named the two men as responsible. Wirieh and family details noted. funeral arrangements to be announced.
