Kansas City Missouri June 2 an offer of seventy thousand dollars in cash with royalties has been made to Thomas Snow of Lone Jack Missouri by Denosta Pencis of Paris Prince for a new wheel for automobilia. The invention aims to replace pneumatic tires with a wheel inside a wheel using rubber or metal rims and coil springs to absorb shocks. Snow has not accepted the offer.
