City water mains contracts let in two firms

City council discussed bids for Cheyenne and Ft Russell water mains. Doyle and Swarts of Colorado Springs won two contracts for 16 and 24 inch pipes while the 20 inch main over 404 feet was awarded to Gat & Gray of Joplin after objections and a recess.
