Frank B. Notestein returned from Fox Park with a report on the Medicine Bow forest reserve. He notes the southern end sow is advancing quickly and predicts limited water in that section. The Middle Fork crest has passed and he foresees low water in other streams as well. Grass will be scarce this year due to cold weather and a backward spring, but stock on the ranges should still be provided for.
