A Juarez assault plan reported from El Paso cites 4400 rebels near Paragosa armed with rifles and 300 rounds each with two meld guns and eight machine guns. Villa and Angeles command the expedition as they move to attack Juarez before dawn.
In Juarez today General Francisco Gonzales said scholars found small armed bands and exchanged shots but no large rebel presence near Juarez. Business continued normally with many American visitors. saloons and gambling on Call Comercio remained well patronized. General Angeles spoke via AP, noting well equipped forces and confident in taking Juarez if needed.
New York announces premiums covering storage charges will be paid to wheat growers for shipments at various guarantee rates. Julius H. Barnes director of the Grain Board said these premiums will not be introduced during July when bagged prices for the last year are under review. Each succeeding shipment will have premiums announced in writing.
In Washington on June 13 the 144th artillery regiment from Wyoming will be greeted in New York tomorrow by Senator Kendrick. He departed tonight with Idaho congressmen to meet their returning regiment on the same transport. Governor Davis of Idaho joins the party. Most of the 148th is due aboard the transport, with a welcoming party traveling by special boat to meet it.
Associated Press reports the second stage of the Commercial Telegraphers strike starts tomorrow with 23 090 points to stop handling commercial messages. Officials say Postal business remains mostly unaffected and Western Union predicts limited impact as 2 000 strikers have joined. Committees begin picketing in cities as the dispute over collective bargaining continues.

San Francisco June 13 The Japanese administration in Korea passed laws to punish native revolutionists as existing laws failed to reach them. A ten year term for peaceful rebels became effective April 46, and a policy of isolation for Korea to control upheaval was charged by the Korean national commission and the Association.
On the northern front near the Vrala river Biber forces have captured Clazat and push toward Viatka. In the south near Sirona and Usa heavy fighting continues.
