Frank Kelley a well known Cheyenne business man died suddenly of pneumonia in Douglas after a business trip for the Kelley Mercantile Co. He was born in Cheyenne in 1878 and spent his life in wholesale and retail trade. Survived by wife Mrs J W Ott and siblings Grace Hazel and others, his death is a severe blow to the local business community. Funeral plans await arrangements.
