Three representatives of the Villa government of Mexico visit St Louis to purchase machinery for a show factory to be built and maintained by General Villa in Chihuahua. They note Villa funds have a three cent on the dollar purchasing power in the United States and that a poll of 679, elven costs 90 of Mexican money. They state they have been urged to spend $15,000 on shoe machinery.
