Court to decide custody of Watts children in Cheyenne

Miss Allis Louise Jewell district superintendent of the Children's Home Society took the Watts children to Cheyenne without an order. County Attorney Rigdon seeks their return to county custody until wards of the society are legally established. A hearing is set for this afternoon. The mother Mrs Kate Taft Watts plans no fight for the older children and the baby. The court wants proper guardianship process and says the children should not be moved without a formal order. The baby has suffered neglect and may be moved to a hospital for treatment.
