Kingman Arizona July 11 Forty two Industrial Workers of the World captives rounded up by home guards after armed guards failed to deport them from Jerome into California were released today on telegraphic orders from Governor Campbell. County authorities took pledges from some that they would not return. many said they planned to go back to Jerome.
