Shreveport Louisiana July 11 reports say eleven Tarr of a troop train on the Vicksburg Shreveport and Pacific railroad turned over near Haughton about 24 miles east of Shreveport. Two relief trains left for the scene at 12 30 a m.
Berlin releases a semi official statement via Amsterdam saying Germany will not hold the Soviet government responsible for the assassination of Count von Mirbach German ambassador to Russia. The note contrasts with past German hard line against China during the Boxers incident and names a reluctance to punish the murderers.
