London July 2 The air ministry reported from Commander Scott that at 2 degrees 15 minutes Greenwich time the dirigible B-34 was flying westward at 3 knots 2000 feet above the sea.
Glen Col. Frederick W. Lucas announced the A 34 dirigible, after crossing the Atlantic, should arrive over Roosevelt field Friday afternoon if winds stay light. A landing would be attempted only in the late hours, with a possible earlier morning arrival if winds favor. The stay duration will be set after a conference with Major G. H. Seeher and U S officials. The airship may refuel and depart within six to eight hours of arrival, with a planned flight path over Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington on its return.
