East Chicago Riot Leaves Two Dead at Edwards Valve Plant

A strike riot at the Edwards Valve company plant in East Chicago left two men dead and five wounded. Assistant chief Jack Meehan and an unidentified strike breaker were killed, while Constantine Kahounsky was seriously wounded.
