Oklahoma City Feb 17 delegates from seventy six county conventions chosen to send to the State Democratic convention. Of 556 instructed to back Champ Clark for the presidential nomination 196 instructed for Woodrow Wilson. Eighty one Oklahoma County delegates remained uninstructed.
