Midwest refinery workers face ten percent wage cut

In Asper Wyoming on February 11 the Midwest Refinery joint council announced a ten percent wage reduction effective February 16. About 1700 Midwest refinery employees across Asper and Laramie, plus 265 at Greybull, will be affected with a similar cut planned for field workers.
