The plans include a ground floor entrance on Capitol avenue with a lobby and elevator service, and upper floors for lodgers with baths. A hotel drawing shows a grand lobby and dining room with a kitchen and small storerooms, entrance again on Capitol avenue. Final decision awaits fire insurance adjustment after a $24 000 policy.
