Special to The State Leader Kemmerer Wy Dec 27 Bert Dalton escaped convict and organizer of the Rawlins penitentiary break led nineteen prisoners to freedom on Oct 12. Dalton was found near Big Piney Wyoming after a long manhunt, surrendered unarmed at daylight, ending a fugitive chase through timber and snow.
