The Mortising Auger and Machine company is incorporated in Cheyenne Wyoming at 4:00 p m on December 3 1913. It may manufacture own operate and sell mortising auger and machine and related patent rights including patent rights for a mortising machine. Capital stock is 50000 dollars divided into 200000 shares at 25 cents. The term is fifty years and operations will be in Cheyenne and other places as the board directs. Charles M H Barnett Orlando Crank and John A Cooper are the first year directors with Charles J Barnett as agent for service at 1645 1615 Carey Avenue.

Chicago cattle and hog receipts totaled about 45 000 hogs and 25 000 cattle with mixed to steady price trends. Hog prices ranged from 7.00 to 7.95 per cwt with heavy and rough trading noted. cattle and calves showed varying quotes from 3.30 to 11.00 per cwt and sheep receipts around 38 000 with native and western classes quoted between 4.00 and 7.70 per cwt.
