A fire in Leadville Colorado on November 30 caused about 50 thousand six hundred dollars in damage. A rooming house above the Clifton restaurant on east Fourth street burned completely along with the restaurant and an adjoining laundry. a paint shop was partly destroyed. All roomers escaped. The Clifton restaurant was started by Fred M. Clarke of Denver in 1932.
