Caccha Floves and prisoners now total about 50 000 with 10 000 to 12 000 more unarmed in Transbaikalia Amur. They fear German forces near Baikal and expect aid.

Fort Douglas to host inter mountain reconstruction hospital for wounded overseas and barracks to become training shops for reeducation of soldiers.
Federal Judge K K Landis denied a new trial for 1061 defendants tied to an antiwar conspiracy. He postponed sentencing for 97 remaining defendants to tomorrow afternoon after hearing individual defenses and considering new evidence.
