Mrs William Upton seventy recently arrived in Washington D C from San Francisco. She drove a light car the entire distance and joined in Lincoln inauguration era celebrations. Henry G Hay Sr longtime US Steel executive and first government surveyor in Wyoming died at his son Hefty Hays home in Gary Indiana after years of ill health.
