Willey of the Hospital Corps at Camp Kendrick is alleged to have arranged a ruse to obtain civilian clothes after being reported missing under circumstances suggesting foul play or an accident. Boy Run Down and Injured By Auto in Canon

F Peters a 12 year old boy and son of Mr and Mrs Peters of Canon sustained a compound fracture of the left ankle and multiple cuts after an auto struck him on Happy Jack road Monday afternoon. Witnesses said he darted into the path after Miss Selma Lauricon sounded a horn then swerved. The incident left the boy with serious injuries.
