Cheyenne grocer charged with assault on girl

J. D. Perkins, about 60, owner of a Cheyenne grocery at 810 West Nineteenth street and dealer in hides at 1610 Su ler, was arrested last night by Chief Embery and Officers Talbot and Peterson on a criminal assault charge involving a 14 year old girl.
