Attempted assassination of Mayor Mitchel in Gotham

In New York on April 17 a middle aged man believed to be David Rose fired at Mayor Mitchel as he rode in the mayor’s car before City Hall. Corporate Counsel Frank L. A Scottish youth, Patton of Ayr, arrested in Cheyenne on a statutory offense charge involving Miss Mary Barton, 17.
