Huerta Says He Will Return to Mexico for Presidency

Indianapolis Court Hints on Leavenworth Transfers

Assistant District Attorney Dailey said no bonds were presented for approval for Terre Haute politicians held in Marion county jail. Mayor Donn Roberts faces six years Leavenworth, a $2000 fine, and a $12000 deposit. bonds may be difficult. Five fines were reduced from 100 to 1 dollar but require a year and a day in Leavenworth. Sheriff Shea could post an $8500 appeal bond if needed. Timing for transport to Leavenworth was not known.
