At a special meeting on March 22, 1920 stockholders adopted resolutions to rename the Wyoming Refining Company to Oklahoma Oil and Gas Company. They also changed the stock par value from 10 dollars per share to 1 dollar per share. Certificates are filed with the Secretary of State and the county clerk for Laramie County. C. C.
